Job responsibilities:
1 Advertisement release, maintenance and update
2 Resume collection and screening
3 Interview arrangement and assessment
4 Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the recruitment system and process, and complete the recruitment analysis report;
5 Responsible for the establishment of enterprise talent pool,
resume management and information confidentiality
Job Qualification:
1 bachelor’s degree
2 More than 1 year practical experience in recruitment
3 Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking and skills, excellent communication skills
4 good English and Microsoft office
