Technical Support Engineer
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Windows Desktops and Server OS
• Knowledge of Windows administration
• Basic networking skills (Windows or Networking certification is an added advantage)
• IT hardware troubleshooting skills
• A strong background in supporting and troubleshooting Networks – LAN / WAN and Wireless.
• Above average knowledge of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft back-office technologies. Although most of our Active Directory.
• Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Switches, Subnets, Routers, VLANs, DNS, Network Shares, Network Storage, File/Print services, Directory Services, Etc. is preferred.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
