We're Hiring Administrative Assistant The function is primarily to support Korras in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to social media moderation and administrative work. Responsibilities include - Organizing and scheduling appointments - Planning meetings and taking comprehensive minutes - Answering and directing phone calls, and writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, & emails. - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Create and manage a filing system - Keep contact lists up to date - Submit and reconcile expenditure reports - Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients - Moderate social media information as needed - Communicate with teachers and trainers and assign thier courses schedule as planned. -collection of monthly subscriptions from students. It's a flexible hours job as well.
