Role Description:
This full-time on-site role is for a Customer Care Representative located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Customer Care Representative will answer customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a good listener, patient, empathetic, and able to handle customer complaints professionally. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in Arabic and English language both in writing and speaking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good problem-solving skills
Pleasant phone demeanor and strong typing skills
Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
