Group of Healthcare Organization is Seeking for hiring at Alexandria Branches ( HR planner )
Job Description :
- Develop workload-based staffing standards and performance metrics to determine manpower levels.
- Evaluate performance capacity levels by evaluating the relevance of workload and manpower levels in order to provide recommendations that would increase the current utilization and performance to optimum level.
- Conducts cost/benefit analysis for any structure modification provide recommendations based on that to Hospital Management and Capability Partner.
-Prepares and maintains productivity sheets stating expected final outcomes that is communicated with the direct manager.
Job requirements :
- Alexandria resident
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1 year of experience workforce planning (or) Data Analysis (or) Financial Analysis.
