Title: Interior Designer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Render design ideas in the form of paste-ups or drawings.
Estimate material requirements and costs, and present the design to the client for approval.
Confer with the client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
Select or design, and purchase furnishings, artworks, and accessories.
Formulate an environmental plan to be practical, esthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity or selling merchandise.
Qualifications:
Architect graduate / Interior Design
5 years experience in interior designing
Completed a recognized training school /diploma course as an interior designer
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, and other supporting design & presentation-related software (Photoshop, 3D max, PowerPoint, etc. ).
Gulf experience is preferred
Driving and valid driver’s license
