Minimum Qualifications:
•Four-year degree and four years of experience or work equivalent
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Prior experience of server migrations
•Prior experience implementing and managing enterprise backup systems
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel, etc.
•Knowledge of problem identification and tracking tools
•Self-motivated
•Quick learner
Additional Responsibilities and qualifications Include:
•Participate in all phases of planning MS Service migrations
•Thoroughly knowledge of NDS architecture and management
•Thoroughly knowledge of login scripting and automated software delivery systems and updates to desktops
•Knowledge of enterprise anti-virus and malware application delivery and . dat file automated updates to desktops
•Experienced in Sales of Microsoft Products
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
