Description
This full-time on-site role is located in 10th of Ramadan and is for a Molds Maintenance Head. As the Molds Maintenance Head, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all molds and their components, including repairs, refurbishments and upgrades. You will lead the molds maintenance team, ensuring that they are meeting maintenance schedules and company policies and achieving high-quality maintenance standards. You will collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency, reduce downtime and ensure product quality.
Qualifications
A degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience
At least 8 years of practical experience in maintaining molds, preferably in the plastic industry.
Strong knowledge of mold and molding machine structure, mold quality standards and mold materials
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
