Description
We at SONAMAK are seeking "Public Relations & Customer Support Agent".
The job duties include representing the company in forums and conferences inside and outside Alexandria. Duties also include connecting with peers and business associates as well as engineering new collaborations.
The customer Support duties are mainly receiving customer requests and/or complaints and forwarding them to the technical department. Collecting voice of customers include indoor and outdoor meetings.
Ideal candidate must have +3 years of experience in similar role.
working hours are from 11 am to 8 pm 5 days per week.
